Private proof-of-concept · design partners only

A governed AI delivery agent for Salesforce

A plain-language business request becomes a validated requirement, then a user story, a test, a build and a deployment inside your own Salesforce org. Humans approve the two decisions that carry real risk.

The problem it solves: enterprise delivery runs as a relay — a business need passes from stakeholder to analyst to developer to tester to release, and at each handoff a little of the original intent gets re-interpreted. What ships can satisfy the written spec and still miss the actual goal.

How it works

Nine steps from request to release. Two of them are yours.

  1. Business requestdescribed in plain language
  2. Refined requirementinterpreted against the org's own metadata and standards, with gaps and contradictions surfaced
  3. Human approvalYou decideis this the right requirement?
  4. User story and acceptance criteria
  5. Test casesgenerated before the build
  6. Build and configurationexecuted against the org, within governance guardrails
  7. Test and UAT
  8. Human approvalYou decideis this safe to ship?
  9. Deployment

Governance

Two approval gates sit where accountability transfers: the requirement, and the release. Mid-chain decisions are validated automatically against the approved requirement and the org’s own standards, with human review by exception whenever a deviation is flagged. Every step is written to an audit trail.

This is automation with human oversight, not autonomous delivery.

What it isn’t, and who’s building it

What it isn’t

  • Not a coding copilot. A copilot helps one developer with one file; this carries one intent across the whole chain.
  • Not an autonomous agent. The governance is the point.
  • Not a generic dev tool. It is built natively against Salesforce metadata.

Status

In private proof-of-concept with design partners. Not generally available.

Who’s building it

Built by an ex-Salesforce, ex-Deloitte Digital architect. 13× Salesforce certified. Salesforce Registered Consulting Partner.
